Where is our service area?

Our main service area consists of Martin, Indian River, and St Lucie counties, where we are actively transporting clients everyday. In addition, we can take long distance transports either starting or ending in one of our primary areas.

Who do we transport?

We transport many different clients from ambulatory (those who can walk), to those who are wheelchair or stretcher bound. We also transport patients for medicaid and Martin County Grant programs.

Where do we transport?

We transport to doctor appointments, grocery stores, hospitals, and even social outings like restaurants, airports, and more.

How do I set it up?

You can call us at (772)621-5040 any time, 24/7, or contact us on our website to schedule your trip.

How much notice must I give?

We would like to receive as much notice as possible, but at least 24 hours before the trip is preferable. Same day trips are available, especially for hospital pick ups, but we cannot guarantee availability.

How much does it cost?

The cost of your transportation depends on a few factors:

  • Local vs long distance
  • wheelchair vs stretcher
  • One way or roundtrip

You can call or contact us anytime for a free quote on your trip. Any tips to the drivers are option and at your own discretion.

How do I pay?

In order to pay for your trip we accept:

  • Credit Card - the information is given to the dispatcher and not charged until after trip completion. This means no need for refunds if trip is cancelled.
  • Check - Checks can be made out to AATC and given to the driver upon completion
  • Cash - the driver can also accept payment in the form of cash
  • Medicaid  - for Medicaid trips, you can call your insurance and request our company be your transport

What if I have additional passengers?

If you have additional passengers, please notify us at the time of booking. There will be no extra cost, but our vehicles have different numbers of seats available, and we want to ensure we send the right vehicle for you.

**Service animals are also allowed, but we do need notification for this as well as not all drivers can take them.

Is there a fee for wait time?

If an appointment is quick, please notify at booking and we will have a driver wait for you. If you require the driver to wait for a long appointment, the first hour is free. After that it is $20/hr.

Are we licensed and insured?

We are licensed, insured, and have liability insurance. Proof may be provided upon request.

What vehicles do you have?

All our vehicles are wheelchair accessible. The Dodges have a ramp out the back, and the Fords have a lift. Our vehicles are kept clean and are serviced regularly. 

**Be sure to notify us upon booking if you are traveling by stretcher or using a special wheelchair so we can ensure we send the proper vehicle.
